We only accept cash and credit/debit cards as long as the card holder is present with a physical and valid ID. 

A valid government issued ID along with the vehicle's key, proof of ownership and method of payment.

If you're ever unsure about the type of equipment or tow you need, give us a call and we will be able to give you the most relevant information you need for your tow. 

Our towing and roadside assistance operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our main office hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, which is when most vehicle recoveries occur. 

We do release vehicles after regular business hours for an additional fee, which is our "After Hours" fee, that goes on after 5pm until 8am the following day Monday through Friday; which also carries over during the weekends (Friday 5pm all the way til Monday 8am), and all Federal recognized holidays. 

To recover during those after hours, a call ahead is required.
